K9 Blog - My Dogs let me think I run my life

I have three Rottweilers, two females and one male. The females are older. There is Rasha, the oldest. Makita she is about seven. Sketch, Makita's son is four.

Today, I have to adjust Sketch’s food. He has developed a hot spot near his tail nub. Finding the right dog food for your dog can be tough. Check out K9 Organic Food for some organic Ideas or Dog Diets.

For now Sketch seems to respond to a supplement I add to his food (Bio-Coat). Putting four small scoops a day into his food help with the itchy skin. I also add some to Makita’s food because she has itchy skin too.

As always I watch my dogs weight. Dogs should have a waste line. It also helps Rasha, although she loves to snack. Rasha lost a back leg several years ago. Keeping her weight under control helps her move about with only one rear leg.

Also check out K9Tug.com. My dogs play and destroy a lot of toys. Some last longer than others. They actually have one dog toy that is over 5 years old and still gets played with.
